• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 10-15 years of field construction experience.
• Previous hyperscale data center project experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assumes overall accountability for jobsite safety and contract requirements.
• Verifies and forecasts project financials; communicates deviations to leadership.
• Directs project administration, superintendents, and engineers to set priorities and maintain relationships.
• Leads subcontracting strategy and buyout processes; negotiates contracts and purchase orders.
• Ensures compliance with insurance/bonds and alignment of deliverables with contract documents.
