Actalent in Port Washington, WI is seeking a Project Engineer to join a high-profile data center construction team. You will support project managers, coordinate electrical construction activities, and help ensure on-time delivery of critical infrastructure.

This role offers exposure to large-scale, mission-critical facilities, with mentoring from seasoned PMs and field leaders. A strong foundation in construction management or electrical engineering plus 1–5 years of experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction or engineering field.
• 1–5 years of construction experience preferred.
• Internship or project experience with electrical/industrial facilities is desirable.
• Proficiency reading drawings and specs; strong MS Office/Project skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist Project Managers in planning, coordinating, and executing electrical construction projects.
• Support procurement, material tracking, and vendor coordination.
• Prepare RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Track schedules, milestones, and deliverables for on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, engineers, and field teams.
• Maintain project records, reports, and cost-tracking documentation.
• Review drawings and contract documents; support estimating and cost control.
• Assist in commissioning, startup, and turnover activities.
