Job summary

Elite Executive Solutions LLC in Sandusky, OH, seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale data center and mission-critical electrical construction projects. You will guide teams from preconstruction through completion, build strong client relationships, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of electrical construction PM experience, with solid skills in scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and subcontractor management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical construction project management experience.
• Experience leading large, complex electrical construction projects.
• Data center, mission-critical, industrial or similarly complex projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale data center and mission-critical electrical construction projects through all phases.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
• Monitor project financial performance, labor productivity, and overall profitability.
• Coordinate with Superintendents and field leadership to ensure successful project execution.
• Manage procurement, material planning, subcontractors, and project documentation.
• Review drawings, specifications, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Manage owner and general contractor communications and project reporting.
• Identify project risks and proactively develop solutions to maintain schedule and budget.
• Coordinate with engineering, commissioning teams, vendors, subcontractors, and other trades.
• Support testing, commissioning, startup, punch-list, and project closeout activities.
• Build strong relationships with clients, general contractors, engineers, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to required quality standards.
