Actalent seeks a Data Center Project Manager to lead complex infrastructure projects in an on-site, fast-paced environment. You will oversee electrical, mechanical, controls, and architectural disciplines from planning through completion, ensuring safety and reliability in critical facilities.

The role requires hands-on experience with data center infrastructure, vendor management, and strong collaboration with operations and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction or project management experience in complex infrastructure environments.
• 5+ years of experience managing projects in data centers or comparable critical infrastructure in operational spaces.
• 5+ years of experience in on-site construction trades with direct vendor and contractor management responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of data center projects.
• Serve as the primary project owner across electrical, mechanical, controls, and architectural disciplines.
• Oversee contractors and on-site trades, ensuring adherence to specifications, timelines, safety requirements, and quality expectations.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects (3–12) and prioritize by capacity, safety, and needs.
• Support CPI framework projects including capacity-driven improvements and safety enhancements.
• Read and interpret engineering docs, diagrams, and SOPs to ensure safe execution.
