Job summary

The Boldt Company is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager II for data center construction in Wisconsin. You will lead mission critical projects from preconstruction through closeout on sites in the region, coordinating with superintendents and the project team.

Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, budgeting, and client communication, using modern construction technology to drive decisions and protect uptime.

Qualifications

• Four-year engineering or construction management degree, or equivalent experience.
• 4–7 years construction experience, including 2+ years in mission critical projects.
• Working knowledge of MEP systems and integrated building systems preferred.
• Ability to manage schedules, budgets, and project financials with accountability.
• Strong knowledge of construction means and methods from plan to field.
• Clear and effective communicator with craft professionals, leaders, and clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage mission critical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Own planning, schedules, budgets, and client communication.
• Lead cross-functional teams on site and interface with clients.
• Ensure uptime, mitigate risk, and strive for zero-defect turnover.
• Apply modern construction technology to drive decisions.
