Job summary

E2 Optics, Omaha, NE, a leading data center and cabling infrastructure integrator, seeks a Construction/Project Manager to oversee field engineering, scheduling, and compliance on data center builds. You will manage change orders, submittals, drawings, and document control while delivering safe, high‑quality installations.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in CM/PM or Engineering, 3–5 years cabling design experience, RCDD and PM cert, strong leadership and communication, and willingness to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM, PM or engineering; relevant experience may substitute.
• 3–5 years of structure cabling design work.
• RCDD certification and PM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety policies are followed on all sites.
• Develop and enhance data center training, SOPs, and work instructions.
• Provide field and project engineering, quality control, contract admin, submittals, scheduling, RFIs, and related support.
• Manage change orders, including pricing and tracking.
• Coordinate drawings, submissions, specifications, changes and document control.
• Lead project teams to improve efficiencies and profitability.
• Travel up to 5% as required.
