Job summary

E2 Optics is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale data center construction programs in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment. You will manage schedules, budgets, and key client relationships, coordinating with PEM/SI teams to deliver on time and within GMP contracts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience managing commercial/data center construction projects
• Experience with GMP contracts and large-scale client projects
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules and multi-disciplinary teams

Responsibilities

• Lead project scheduling and budget control to meet contract requirements
• Manage subcontractors and vendor relations for efficiency
• Provide progress reports and update stakeholders as required
• Coordinate change orders and ensure adherence to project plans
• Oversee safety and quality assurance in line with client requirements
• Travel as required to project sites across the region
• Mentor junior staff and promote Lean practices across the team
