Job summary

QTS Data Centers in Cedar Rapids, IA, is seeking a Development Project Manager to lead design, preconstruction and construction activities on assigned campus projects. You will coordinate with Facilities, Contractors, Designers, Engineers and Operations staff to deliver on time and within budget.

Responsibilities include creating master development programs, managing entitlements and budgets, preparing executive-level updates, and collaborating with Sales Engineers and Product teams to shape

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent experience.
5+ years in commercial construction management methods (Lump Sum, CM@Risk, Design Build).
Proficiency with PowerPoint for executive updates and Excel for budgets.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple campus projects, maintaining budgets, schedules, and status reports.
Create executive updates and present project status regularly.
Develop master development programs and manage site entitlements.
Coordinate with design, construction, procurement, and QA teams.
