Suffolk Construction in Austin, TX seeks an Assistant Project Manager for Data Centers to support daily project operations under a Project Manager. You will log contracts and PO activity, manage change orders, submittals, RFIs, and vendor logs, and assist with scheduling and safety training.

• Bachelor's degree required or completion of Suffolk's Career Start Program as a Project Engineer.

Responsabilités

• Log-in and track Contracts & Purchase Orders.
• Price, approve or reject Project Change Orders, Submittals, and respond to RFIs.
• Review shop drawings and respond to RFIs; update vendor/subcontractor logs.
• Request Insurance Certificates from subcontractors for compliance checks.
• Create and update Vendor and Subcontractor Contact Log.
• Price and create Proposed Change Orders; manage RFI processes.
• Assist with Project Schedule Narratives; take weekly video and distribute to GM.
• Prepare Weekly Meeting Minutes for Owner and Subcontractor meetings.
• Coordinate meetings with Subcontractors and distribute revised drawings.
• Write purchase order and subcontract request descriptions; track warranties and close-out manuals.
• Conduct OSHA 10/30, HAZWOPer and safety trainings.
