Job summary

Astreya in Fremont, CA is seeking a Project & Program Manager II to plan and coordinate lab operations projects from initiation to delivery. You will manage asset tracking, vendor coordination, and cross-functional teams across data centers.

The role requires 2–5 years of project management experience, strong networking knowledge, and the ability to monitor risk, create documentation, and drive on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years of related experience or equivalent
• Solid understanding of Layer 2/3 networking concepts and IP networks
• Experience in data center or network hardware environments; vendor coordination

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate lab operations projects from initiation to delivery
• Manage asset management, inventory databases, and lifecycle processes
• Track milestones, risks, and KPIs; provide regular status updates
• Coordinate cross-functional and vendor activities across North American time zones
• Develop project documentation, schedules, and change control records
• Partner with stakeholders to define scope and objectives
• Drive post-implementation reviews and continuous process improvements
• Maintain and report on project performance and deliverables
