Job summary

Divcon is seeking a Project Coordinator to support PMs in delivering data center controls construction projects. This role handles administrative coordination, documentation management, schedule tracking, cost support, and cross-functional communication to ensure efficient, compliant execution.

You will maintain workflows, assist with cost and schedule tracking, and coordinate with vendors and field teams while following Divcon standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project coordination or administration experience in construction or related industries.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• High attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel required).
• Experience with project management or accounting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in coordinating day-to-day execution of data center controls projects.
• Assist in updating project schedules, tracking milestones, and identifying risks or delays.
• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to support timely project delivery.
• Assist with mobilization planning, site access documentation, and workforce logistics.
• Support preparation of project status reports and internal dashboards.
• Maintain document control processes and project files across systems.
