Job summary

Prime Data Centers is seeking a Project Coordinator to assist in planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and reporting for data center construction projects. The role requires coordination with owners, contractors, and vendors to keep programs on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in project coordination, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced construction environment. Travel to project locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• 2+ years of project coordination or related experience.
• Experience supporting construction, technology infrastructure, or data center projects preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite is essential.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in the execution of data center construction projects.
• Coordinate project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and logs.
• Track project schedules and milestones using project management software.
• Maintain budgets, invoices, purchase orders, and cost reports.
• Coordinate communication among owners, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, engineers, and consultants.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and assist with procurement activities.
• Facilitate weekly project meetings and prepare agendas and action items.
• Support quality assurance, commissioning, and closeout activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and company procedures.
• Maintain accurate project records and reporting documentation.
• Assist with risk tracking and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
