Job summary

Cedar is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support planning, scheduling, budgeting, and delivery of complex data center developments. You will coordinate internal teams, design professionals, contractors, vendors, customers, and other stakeholders to drive projects from development through turnover.

Working closely with Project Managers and senior leadership, you will identify risks, track milestones, review documentation, and help ensure on-time, on-budget execution while upholding

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, real estate development, or related field; or equivalent professional experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in construction management or project management.
• Experience with schedules, budgets, contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and construction documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned project workstreams and deliverables from planning through construction, commissioning, and closeout.
• Support the Project Manager in developing schedules, budgets, and milestones.
• Coordinate activities across internal teams, design consultants, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Monitor schedules, milestones, dependencies, and contractor progress; identify delays and mitigation options.
• Maintain project controls documentation, including cost records, change orders, and meeting notes.
