Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Leads and Project Managers with day-to-day project administrative tasks.
• Maintain project plans, schedules, timecards and budgets.
• Organize and participate in stakeholder meetings.
• Prepare presentation materials and distribute meeting minutes.
• Ensure deadlines are met and documentation is maintained.
• Coordinate travel for technicians and develop project objectives.
• Monitor project risks and help implement mitigations.
