Job summary

Cedar is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support data center development and construction projects in the Richmond, VA area. You will assist in planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating with design professionals, contractors, and vendors to ensure milestones and quality standards are met.

The role emphasizes collaboration with internal development teams and senior leadership, with responsibilities spanning from development through turnover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate Development, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in construction management or development projects.
• Experience coordinating multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of project schedules, budgets, contracts, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage project workstreams from planning through closeout.
• Support schedules, budgets, and milestones with the Project Manager.
• Coordinate activities across internal teams, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Prepare status reports, logs, and project documentation.
