Job summary

Cedar seeks an Assistant Project Manager to support planning, execution, and delivery of complex data center developments. You will work with project managers and leadership to manage workstreams, coordinate consultants and contractors, monitor schedules and budgets, and help drive projects from development through turnover.

This role requires coordinating with internal teams, customers, vendors, and design professionals, exercising sound judgment and solving issues that affect cost, schedule,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 2–4 years of construction/project management experience.
• Experience with multiple stakeholders and project coordination.
• Knowledge of project schedules, budgets, contracts, RFIs, and submittals.

Responsibilities

• Manage project workstreams from planning through construction and turnover.
• Assist in developing plans, schedules, budgets, and milestones.
• Coordinate activities with internal teams, design consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and propose mitigation actions.
• Maintain records, logs, reports, and project documentation.
• Support reviews, meetings, and documentation for project leadership.
