Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield seeks a Director, Solutions Data Centers to lead the design of integrated facilities management solutions for hyperscale, colocation, enterprise, and AI/HPC data centers. You will translate complex requirements into operating models, staffing plans, and commercial constructs.

This client-facing role requires coordinating with Sales, Operations, HR, Procurement, Finance, and Technology to deliver a unified solution, define engagement strategies, and present to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in facilities management or critical facilities operations.
• 5+ years in FM solutions development or staffing/cost modeling.
• Experience building staffing models and defending them to clients.
• Working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems in data centers.
• Fluency in FM commercial models, SLA/KPI regimes, and pricing mechanics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present to C-suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture for IFM pursuits across portfolios.
• Translate client requirements into defensible operating models.
• Build labor models, org charts, and scope matrices.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, HR, Talent Acquisition, Procurement, Finance, EHS, Sustainability, Legal, and Technology.
• Author and orchestrate technical responses: staffing plan, mobilization plan, governance model.
• Lead workshops, site walks, due-diligence visits, and client talks.
• Maintain library of solution components and benchmark staffing ratios.
