Job summary

DLB Associates is seeking a Program Construction Manager to oversee a portfolio of construction projects across the U.S. The role leads multiple Construction Managers, ensuring safety, quality, and program alignment, while coordinating with clients and delivery teams.

The position requires travel (75–100%) across the United States and relocation near a major airport. A bachelor’s degree in engineering or CM and extensive program management experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related discipline.
• Two years hands-on install/testing/validation of mechanical, controls, or electrical infrastructure.
• Minimum eight years of related experience including leadership of large-scale, mission-critical or data-center projects.
• PMP or CCM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple project-level Construction Managers to align with program goals.
• Coordinate execution across sites to maintain consistency within the program.
• Drive standardized reporting, documentation, and processes.
• Manage labor utilization and forecasting to meet budgets.
• Represent the client and DLB in program-level meetings and briefings.
• Mentor and develop team members across projects.
