Job summary

LVI Associates is seeking an Electrical Project Manager in the United States to lead large-scale Data Center and Mission Critical electrical installations. You will manage client relationships, schedules, budgets, and safety across complex projects nationwide.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, vendor coordination, and proactive risk management to deliver on time and within budget. Requires relevant PM experience and ability to work without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Electrical Construction Project Management experience.
• 1+ years delivering large-scale Data Center, Mission Critical, IT, or Telecommunications projects.
• Strong understanding of Data Center electrical distribution systems, structured cabling, and white space fit-outs.
• Experience supporting retrofit, expansion, and upgrade projects within operational facilities.
• Strong computer and technology skills with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
• Excellent scheduling, time management, and delegation abilities.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with company, client, and project-specific policies and procedures
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure adherence to all jobsite safety standards
• Review estimates, project proposals, and contract documentation
• Establish and manage project schedules, budgets, manpower plans, and resource allocation
• Oversee project execution to ensure projects meet design, budget, and schedule requirements
• Partner with clients and project stakeholders to align expectations throughout all project phases
• Coordinate procurement activities and work closely with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
• Manage project billing, forecasting, and financial performance
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify risks, and resolve issues
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, field teams, and project stakeholders
• Support leadership with workforce planning and future labor/material forecasting
• Provide regular project updates and performance reports to senior leadership
• Develop project scopes, budgets, and execution plans
• Manage RFPs, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation
• Mentor and support the development of project engineers and junior project staff
