Job summary

LVI Associates is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale data center construction programs across Texas. This client-facing leadership role oversees multiple projects from planning through turnover, coordinating owners, design teams, contractors, and commissioning groups to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes.

You will drive schedules, budgets, risk management, reporting, and program performance, while advising the client on strategic decisions and portfolio

Qualifications

• 7+ years of data center construction experience.
• Experience delivering mission critical, colocation, hyperscale, or cloud infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of design, construction, MEP systems, commissioning, and project controls.
• Proven experience managing multiple stakeholders and complex project teams.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of complex data center construction programs across Texas.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously through planning, design, construction, commissioning, and turnover.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and executive stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain program schedules, budgets, and reporting frameworks.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, commissioning teams, and vendors.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while driving successful outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to project goals, quality standards, and operational requirements.
• Facilitate executive-level meetings and provide regular program updates.
• Support long-term portfolio planning and strategic decision-making.
