TEKsystems is seeking a Contract Program Administrator to support AWS Data Center Operations leadership in Boardman, OR. The role focuses on coordination, reporting, and governance, not hands-on technical work, across PDX region data center clusters.
You will work with the Program Manager and stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate data and efficient communications, while managing governance activities and process improvements.
This is essentially a Program Coordinator supporting local Data Center Operations, with heavy emphasis on reporting, metrics, documentation, stakeholder coordination, and operational tracking .... rather than a hands-on technical data center role.
The Program Administrator supports AWS Data Center Operations leadership by providing program coordination, reporting support, project administration, operational tracking, and communication management across PDX region data center clusters.
This role is focused on reducing administrative burden, ensuring data accuracy, coordinating stakeholder communications, maintaining reporting processes, and supporting operational governance activities. Program Administrators will work closely with the Program Manager and AWS stakeholders to ensure successful program execution.
Coordinate day-to-day program activities across multiple data center locations.
Serve as a communication and coordination hub among stakeholders.
Schedule and facilitate meetings, reviews, and follow-up activities.
Support implementation of established escalation procedures.
Collect, validate, and organize operational data from AWS-approved systems.
Prepare weekly program status reports and metric dashboards.
Track key performance indicators and service-level metrics.
Maintain reporting templates and documentation repositories.
Manage program documentation, meeting notes, action items, and deliverables.
Monitor progress against project milestones and timelines.
Maintain workflow tracking systems and status updates.
Support audit readiness and documentation management.
Follow and support standardized operating procedures.
Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities.
Assist with implementation of workflow enhancements and reporting improvements.
Maintain feedback collection and routing processes.
Document risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation activities.
Escalate concerns according to established governance processes.
Support follow-up activities to ensure issue resolution.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
2+ years of program coordination, project administration, operations support, or business support experience.
Experience producing reports, dashboards, and operational metrics.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.
Accurate and timely delivery of weekly reporting.
Effective coordination of stakeholder communications.
Maintenance of project documentation and operating procedures.
Timely escalation and tracking of operational issues.
Contribution to reducing administrative workload for managers.
Support of program performance targets and workflow completion goals.
Program Management, Project Management
Experience supporting data center operations, IT operations, or technical teams.
Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI.
Familiarity with project management methodologies and operational governance frameworks.
Experience supporting large enterprise environments.

This structure aligns well with the SOW's requirements for reporting, administrative coordination, governance, communications, and multi-site operational support across the Data Center Operations environment.
Mid-Level
This is a Contract position based out of Boardman, OR.
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
