Job summary

SLB NEI is seeking a Manufacturing Trainer to support its Data Center infrastructure solutions business. The role develops, delivers and evaluates training programs for new hires and current staff across multiple production lines, partnering with supervisors, QA, and safety teams to uphold safety and quality standards.

You will conduct hands-on training, update materials, monitor progress, and maintain training records to ensure compliance and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct hands-on training for new and existing production employees on equipment operation, safety protocols, and SOPs.
• Develop and update training materials, manuals, and visual aids.
• Monitor trainee progress and provide feedback to supervisors and management.
• Ensure all training activities comply with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Review and integrate training feedback to improve programs.
• Support onboarding and cross-training to increase workforce flexibility.
• Maintain accurate training records and documentation for audits and compliance.
• Ensure training materials are up-to-date and accessible.
• Assess production personnel competency before releasing them into production.
• Reassess competency as needed based on expirations or supervisor requests.
