Job summary

SLB New Energy & Industrial seeks a Quality Assurance Technician to support our Data Center infrastructure solutions. You will create and maintain iBase documentation packages providing full traceability of manufactured products, and upload records to the customer portal.

You'll execute SAP transactions for work orders, serial numbers, and material traceability, review records for compliance, and coordinate with Production, Supply Chain, Planning, and Quality teams to resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• Experience in documentation control, quality support, or manufacturing beneficial.
• Proficient with ERP systems and SAP; strong attention to detail and organization.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain iBase documentation packages that provide full traceability of manufactured products.
• Upload documentation records to the customer portal, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely submission.
• Execute SAP transactions related to work orders, serial numbers, and material traceability.
• Review manufacturing and quality records for compliance with internal standards and customer specifications.
• Communicate with Production, Supply Chain, Planning, and Quality teams to obtain missing information or correct discrepancies.
• Support shipping documentation readiness by ensuring all required product records are available and approved.
• Maintain high-quality documentation control practices, including version control, proper labeling, and secure archiving.
• Assist in internal or customer audits by providing required documentation.
• Identify improvement opportunities in documentation processes and contribute to standard work updates.
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with established work instructions (WI) and quality procedures.

• Experience in documentation control, quality support, or manufacturing environments is beneficial.
• Proficient with ERP system (work orders, serial numbers) and Microsoft Office tools. Preferably SAP.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and understand basic manufacturing/quality documents.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
