MG2, an affiliate of Colliers Engineering & Design, seeks a Principal Architect - Data Centers to lead our Client Programs Market in the U.S. You will drive studio operations, growth, and cross-market collaboration, shaping strategic initiatives and client relationship management across multiple offices.

The role requires senior leadership, financial oversight, and a track record of pursuing and winning large-scale projects while mentoring teams toward design excellence and delivery success.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in a professional architecture or design firm.
• Licensed professional certification preferred.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale business operations and studios.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing and build project teams to deliver design, technical, and project management excellence.
• Lead business development with new clients and revenue targets.
• Maintain responsibility for project team performance and resource management.
• Set strategic direction for the design practice studio in alignment with firm goals.
• Develop and implement Rhythm-of-Business guidelines for project execution.
• Monitor budgets, client goals, and project delivery with market leadership.
