MG2 Design, an affiliate of Colliers Engineering & Design, seeks a Principal Architect - Data Centers to lead the CP Market team across US offices. You will guide design leadership, studio operations, and strategic growth while ensuring exceptional client service and financial health.

The role emphasizes cross-market collaboration, business development, and mentoring staff. Compensation reflects 125k–200k USD with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in a professional architecture or design firm.
• Licensed professional architect preferred.
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale business operations and studio-wide financial management.
• Proven ability to lead diverse studio groups while executing strategic plans.
• Experience in business development, proposals, RFP responses and client relations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing assignments and build project teams for design, technical excellence and PM.
• Bring in new clients and revenue targets with top-line responsibility.
• Maintain project team performance and manage resources across locations.
• Set strategic direction for the design practice studio in alignment with goals.
• Lead development of proposals, RFP responses, and business development initiatives.
• Oversee annual studio budgets and foster client relationships for growth.
