Job summary

MG2, an affiliate of Colliers Engineering & Design, is hiring a Project Architect - Data Centers to join our Client Programs Market team. The role supports cutting-edge data center projects across the US, including Seattle, with emphasis on client leadership and design execution.

You will oversee the development and execution of architectural construction documents, collaborating with outside consultants and guiding internal teams through all design phases and project close‑out, ensuring quality

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a professional architecture or design firm.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with external consultants and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the production and coordination of contract deliverables including surveys, drawings, documents, exhibits, and specs.
• Coordinate with internal design staff to integrate deliverables into contract documents.
• Coordinate project deliverables with external consultants and partners.
• Generate code research and feasibility studies with AHJ coordination.
• Provide admin support: agendas, minutes, trackers, RFIs, submittals, reports.
• Ensure adherence to MG2 templates and design standards.
