Job summary

Quality Technology Services, LLC is seeking a Predevelopment Project Analyst to support upfront diligence, budgeting, and project status updates for executive reviews. The role interfaces with Corporate Real Estate, Development, Engineering, and Data Center Operations to ensure projects align with standards and schedules.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years of related experience, with strong communication and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• 1–2 years of related experience recommended for S2.
• Experience in commercial development or real estate practices and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Research jurisdictional databases and codes before PSA execution.
• Prepare predevelopment budgets and manage project cashflow forecasts.
• Create updates on development program initiatives and project status for executive reviews.
