QTS Data Centers is seeking a Development Project Manager responsible for leading design and construction projects. With a focus on communication and management, this role interacts daily with teams, clients, and vendors to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.

Ideal candidates possess a Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering and at least five years of commercial construction experience, along with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of professional experience in commercial construction.
• Experience managing different project delivery methods from development to close out.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage design and construction activities for projects.
• Manage multiple budgets, schedules, and status reports.
• Create updates for executive level reviews.
