Job summary

Worldwide Mission Critical is seeking a Development Associate to support the project management team in early-stage planning and execution of data center projects. You will work closely with senior Project Managers on site due diligence, entitlement research, design coordination, and budget/schedule tracking, gaining hands-on exposure to the full development lifecycle in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in related field.
0–2 years of experience in construction or development.
Basic understanding of construction processes; data centers a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools a plus.

Responsibilities

Support Development Project Managers in day-to-day coordination of data center development projects.
Assist due diligence activities, site research and feasibility assessments.
Research land use regulations and entitlement processes to support planning.
Coordinate design consultant teams and track deliverables.
Assist in budgets and schedules, flag variances and support updates.
Support RFP processes and procurement trackers.
Maintain project documentation including minutes and logs.
Assist master planning and programming tasks.
Build relationships with clients, consultants, and vendors.
Contribute to internal reporting and special projects.
