Job summary

KALCON is seeking a seasoned Planning and Delivery Manager to lead on-site schedule activities for mission-critical data center construction. You will validate contractor schedules, coordinate with owners and stakeholders, and drive readiness through commissioning and turnover.

The role requires field-based expertise, strong communication, and the ability to influence contractors and leadership in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid work model with on-site presence is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience using Primavera P6 to develop and validate construction schedules.
• Field-based scheduling with strong means, methods and sequencing knowledge.
• Ability to coordinate with GCs, superintendents and trades to validate schedule assumptions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain on-site presence to verify schedules reflect field conditions.
• Collaborate with GC schedulers and trade partners to assess sequencing and crew loading.
• Regularly walk the project to identify risks, clashes, and constraints.
• Provide independent feedback on schedule health to project leadership.
• Own and maintain the owner's view of the project schedule across phases.
• Coordinate with procurement, commissioning and turnover milestones.
