Job summary

KALCON is seeking a self-starting Project Manager to drive coordination on low-voltage construction for mission-critical data center projects. You will oversee schedule, cost, quality, safety, and coordination with owners, GC, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.

The role emphasizes commissioning support, procurement coordination, and effective stakeholder management in a fast-paced multi-project environment. Strong Procore and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5-10+ years of construction project management experience.
• Experience in low-voltage and/or electrical construction management preferred.
• Data center or mission-critical facility experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of project controls, document management, and workflows.
• Procore proficiency strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Owner’s Representative for all assigned low-voltage scopes.
• Coordinate document reviews, design changes, and cost optimization efforts.
• Lead coordination between procurement, construction, operations, and external contractors.
• Maintain relationships with General Contractor and trade partner teams.
• Translate project requirements into executable plans with minimal supervision.
• Review schedule updates biweekly and monitor installation progress.
• Develop, track, and manage MOPs for critical work in operational spaces.
• Support monthly financial updates, forecasts, and procurement processes.
• Coordinate OFCI procurement between Owner and General Contractor.
