Job summary

KALCON in Lebanon, IN is seeking a Planning and Delivery Manager (Owner's Representative) for data center construction. This hybrid on-site role leads project schedules, validates field progress, and oversees delivery through construction, commissioning, and turnover.

You will work with general contractors, superintendents, and trade partners to refine sequencing, loading, procurement, and readiness while communicating risks and recovery options to project leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience on large-scale construction projects in field-based roles.
• Proven Primavera P6 experience for schedule development, maintenance, and validation.
• Strong understanding of construction means, sequencing, site logistics, procurement, commissioning, turnover, and readiness.
• Experience coordinating with General Contractors, superintendents, subcontractors, and trade partners to validate schedules and progress.
• Ability to identify schedule risks, analyze critical path, and communicate impacts to teams and leadership.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; capable of influencing stakeholders.
• Willingness for on-site presence and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain active on-site presence to validate contractor schedules and field conditions.
• Collaborate with GC schedulers, superintendents, and trade partners to optimize sequencing and readiness.
• Identify schedule risks, conflicts, and material constraints before milestones.
• Provide independent feedback on schedule health and realism of contractor planning.
