You will lead the full sales cycle from engagement to contract execution, coordinating with engineering, operations, finance, and legal to craft tailored, reliable power solutions. The role emphasizes relationship building, market awareness, and strategic growth with significant travel and a hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, engineering, finance, energy management, or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in power generation, distributed power, data center infrastructure, utilities, energy infrastructure, equipment rental, or related markets.
• Experience developing and closing complex commercial opportunities with long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
• Experience working with engineering, operations, finance, legal, and project teams to develop customized customer solutions.
• Experience serving data centers, hyperscalers, utilities, industrial customers, or other critical infrastructure customers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and advance new power sales opportunities with emphasis on data centers, hyperscalers, AI infrastructure, and other mission-critical customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders involved in power procurement and infrastructure development.
• Qualify opportunities using established criteria before advancing them in the sales process.
• Maintain an active pipeline of distributed power, bridge power, prime power, and long-term power projects.
• Coordinate meetings, executive presentations, site visits, and proposal reviews.
• Support pricing strategies, contract structures, and risk allocation for power service agreements.
• Transfer awarded projects to operations and support renewals and expansions.
