Job summary

Kodiak Gas Services is seeking a Sales Account Manager to oversee key customer accounts in the Kilgore area. You will drive revenue, foster long-term relationships, and promote Kodiak’s gas compression equipment and services to strategic clients.

The role requires strong negotiation, CRM proficiency, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams to deliver customer value. Travel and field collaboration are expected to achieve KPIs.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum five years of sales experience in oil & gas or related equipment.
• Proven ability to manage large accounts and negotiate complex contracts.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales forecasting.
• Strong integrity, interpersonal and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for key customer accounts; foster long-term relationships.
• Navigate organizations to reach decision-makers and promote Kodiak products.
• Provide routine reports on strategic goals and customer metrics.
• Prepare quotations, cost estimates, and respond to RFQs with value-added solutions.
• Drive revenue growth, meet revenue targets, and align with growth strategy.
