• 4+ years in credit underwriting, financial analysis, and portfolio management.
• 2+ years in data centers, infrastructure, or commercial lending.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.

Responsibilities

• Source, structure, and execute new lending opportunities with sponsors and financial institutions.
• Lead underwriting and credit approval process.
• Oversee existing and new transactions, including loan modifications and financial analysis.
• Serve as central contact for borrowers, sponsors, legal advisors, and risk teams.
• Mentor and develop a team of portfolio managers.
• Navigate credit structuring and due diligence for data center financing deals.
