Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in credit underwriting, financial analysis, and portfolio management.
• 2+ years of knowledge in data centers, infrastructure, or commercial lending.
• 2+ years of expertise in financial modeling, risk assessment, and loan structuring.
• 2+ years of client relationship management and deal negotiations.
• 4+ years advanced skills in Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Source, structure, and execute new lending opportunities with sponsors and financial institutions.
• Lead underwriting and credit approval process, ensuring alignment with risk framework.
• Oversee existing and new loans including modifications, documentation, and analysis.
• Serve as central contact for borrowers, sponsors, legal advisors, risk teams, and stakeholders.
• Manage and develop a team of portfolio managers for operational excellence.
• Navigate credit structuring and due diligence in data center financing.
