Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in credit underwriting, financial analysis, and portfolio management.
• 2+ years of industry knowledge in data centers, infrastructure, or commercial lending.
• 2+ years of expertise in financial modelling, risk assessment, and loan structuring.
• 2+ years of experience managing client relationships and negotiating terms.

Responsibilities

• Source, structure, and execute new lending opportunities with sponsors and financial institutions.
• Lead underwriting and credit approval processes aligned with risk framework.
• Oversee high-value portfolios, loan modifications, and financial analysis.
• Be central point of contact for borrowers, sponsors, and legal advisors.
• Mentor and develop a team of portfolio managers.
• Navigate complex deals with credit structuring and due diligence.
