Qualifications

• 7+ years in program or project management, PMO leadership, strategy execution, or similar cross-functional orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Own the master program plan across initiatives, tracking milestones, dependencies, and commitments end to end.
• Build and maintain a permanent PMO capability within the DC org and launch new initiatives.
• Establish operating rhythms, decision logs, and governance frameworks with DC leadership to drive execution.
• Run regular leadership reviews and ensure decisions are made at the right level and time.
• Set and maintain program reporting templates, meeting formats, and documentation standards.
