Job summary

Johnson Controls’ Global Data Center Solutions (GDCS) seeks a disciplined program leader to build and run the PMO for the DC organization, translating strategic decisions into executable plans and surfacing risks before they escape.

The role owns the master program plan across key initiatives, establishes governance rhythms, and provides DC leadership with real-time progress, decisions needed, and risks visibility.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in program or project management or PMO leadership.
• Experience coordinating with enterprise transformation, strategy, or change-management functions is a plus.
• Proven ability to run a portfolio of concurrent initiatives and drive delivery against milestones.
• Strong command of executive reporting formats and governance structures.
• Experience aligning senior stakeholders without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Own the master program plan across DC initiatives, tracking milestones, dependencies, and commitments end to end.
• Build and maintain a permanent PMO capability within the DC org; owning initiative tracking, change management, and launches.
• Establish operating rhythms, decision logs, and governance frameworks with DC leadership to drive execution.
• Run leadership reviews and ensure decisions are made at the right level and time.
• Develop standard reporting templates and documentation used across all workstreams.
