The role emphasizes execution, escalation, and continuous improvement, with a focus on delivering a durable PMO capability that scales with business growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in program or project management and PMO leadership.
• Experience coordinating with enterprise transformation, strategy, or change-management functions.
• Strong command of program management tooling and executive reporting formats.

Responsibilities

• Own the master program plan across key DC initiatives and maintain a permanent PMO capability.
• Provide clear leadership communication, identify cross-workstream dependencies, and surface risks.
• Plan, prioritize, and drive continuous improvement of program processes and governance.
