The Construction Project Manager will lead a team, manage schedule, safety, and client communication, and ensure compliance with policies while optimizing performance and reliability across facilities.

Qualifications

• Two-year technical degree or equivalent field experience.
• Five or more years of general maintenance experience in an academic environment.
• Validated leadership abilities.
• Ability to lead and train entry-level personnel.
• Able to take care of customers and others at all levels.
• Knowledge of JCI procedures and policies.
• Committed to working in a quality environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of an Operations & Maintenance (O&M) account site(s) for data centers and new construction.
• Operate a fast-paced steam plant and associated equipment.
• Supervise maintenance staff and ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate staff hiring, training, performance management and scheduling to fulfill obligations.
• Lead safety programs, preventive maintenance, and 24/7 coverage planning.
• Prepare and review reports, logs, and training progress.
