Job summary

Johnson Controls’ Global Data Center Solutions (GDCS) is scaling rapidly; we seek a disciplined program leader to build and run the PMO for the DC organization, translating strategy into executable plans and surfacing risks before they elevate. The role drives governance, cadence, and real‑time progress across multiple initiatives.

Lead a permanent PMO, coordinate with leadership, and ensure milestones and decisions are aligned with corporate priorities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in program or project management, PMO leadership, strategy execution, business operations, or a similar cross‑functional orchestration role.
• Proven ability to run a portfolio of concurrent initiatives with master plans and dependencies.
• Experience coordinating with enterprise transformation, strategy, or change‑management functions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the master program plan across key DC initiatives, tracking milestones and dependencies end to end.
• Build and maintain a permanent PMO capability within the DC org; manage initiative tracking, change management, and launches.
• Establish operating rhythms, decision logs, and governance frameworks in partnership with DC leadership.
• Provide DC leadership a concise view of progress, decisions needed, and risks; surface cross‑workstream blockers early.
