Job summary

KALCON is seeking a seasoned Planning and Delivery Manager (Owner's Representative) for data center construction in Lubbock, TX. The role blends field leadership with schedule validation and delivery oversight across construction, commissioning, and turnover activities.

The candidate should have 5+ years in field-based scheduling or project management on large-scale builds, with Primavera P6 expertise and strong stakeholder communication. Hybrid on-site work is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, PM preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in field-based construction, scheduling, or planning roles.
• Proven Primavera P6 experience to develop and validate schedules.
• Strong understanding of construction means, methods and sequencing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain on-site presence to validate contractor schedules reflect field conditions.
• Own and maintain owner's view of project schedule with field updates.
• Coordinate sequencing with procurement, equipment, commissioning, turnover milestones.
• Prepare weekly schedule reports and risk summaries for leadership.
