Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Data Center Owner's Representative Project Manager to lead all onsite construction activities in Omaha, NE. The role requires solid vendor compliance with construction agreements, and overall budget and schedule management for complex projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction or Engineering.
• Solid understanding of MEP construction management with a track record of leading capital projects.
• 5+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Master Project Schedule based on Critical Path and milestones (P6).
• Create and manage the Master Project Budget including soft/hard costs, bonds and insurance.
• Coordinate design team and contractor pre-qualification and bid activities.
• Lead cost/change control, including change orders and delay analysis.
• Manage QA/QC, document control and project close-out.
