Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Data Center Owner Representative/Project Manager to lead all aspects of data center construction projects in Sterling, VA. The role requires strong vendor compliance experience with construction agreements, plus overall budget and schedule management for sophisticated projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction or Engineering.
• Solid understanding of MEP construction management with a track record of leading capital projects.
• 5+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of Data Center construction projects, including budget and schedule.
• Establish Master Project Schedule with GC using P6 insights.
• Create and manage the Master Project Budget including soft/hard costs, bonds, insurance.
• Support pre-qualification, bids, and analysis; assist with contract negotiations.
• Ensure QA/QC adherence and manage submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
• Coordinate vendor and consultant management; lead project meetings and closeout.
