Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Tulsa, OK is seeking an Owner Representative / Project Manager to lead all aspects of data center construction projects, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure vendor compliance.

You will collaborate with GC, design teams, and clients, establish master schedules and budgets, handle change control, QA/QC, and closeout documentation through project completion. The role requires a bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction or Engineering.
• Solid understanding of MEP construction management with a solid track record of leading capital projects.
• 5 or more years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise Master Project Schedule (P6) with the GC.
• Create and manage Master Project Budget including soft/hard costs, bonds, insurance, contingencies, allowances.
• Support contractor pre-qualification, bid solicitation and analysis; assist in contract terms.
• Lead cost/change control, change orders analysis, and delay assessments.
• Coordinate design team activities and ensure permits and approvals are in place.
• Oversee QA/QC compliance and document control (submittals, RFIs, addenda).
• Produce cash flow projections and manage owner-direct vendors.
