Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Sterling, VA is seeking an Owner Representative / Project Manager to lead data center construction projects onsite, ensuring budget, schedule, and vendor compliance.

You will develop the master schedule, establish the master budget, support prequalification, RFPs, negotiations, and manage cost control and document control. The role requires a bachelor's degree and 5+ years' experience in MEP construction management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction or Engineering.
• Solid understanding of MEP construction management with a track record of leading capital projects.
• 5+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Master Project Schedule and Budget development.
• Coordinate design teams, permits, and QA/QC processes.
• Manage owner-direct vendors and consultants.
• Oversee cost control, change orders, and cash flow.
• Lead OAC meetings and project closeout activities.
• Report on schedule, budget, and risks to client.
