Job summary

Data Center Frontier LLC in Richardson, TX is seeking a Data Center Construction Project Manager to act as Owner’s Representative for critical facilities builds. This role leads contractors, manages budgets, and ensures scope, schedule, and quality align with company standards.

You will coordinate with vendors, drive project delivery across multiple sites, and emphasize value engineering while maintaining accurate records and back-office documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years relevant experience in the Data Center Construction Industry.
• Experience managing budgets for construction projects.
• Experience as Owner or General Contractor on data center builds.
• Familiarity with AFCOM, ASHRAE, 7x24 Exchange and related groups.
• Strong client-facing and vendor management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain liaison with contractors and vendors to manage day-to-day activities.
• Ensure day-to-day responsibilities are met by contractors and vendors.
• Manage multiple projects, negotiate contracts, create and manage schedules.
• Develop project plans – scope, costs, budgeting, scheduling, change orders.
• Assist with reporting and RFPs to Contractors.
• Deliver Built to Suit projects with value-engineering.
• Uphold Company Standards across all projects.
• Manage financial aspects of contracts and expenses to protect the company’s interests.
• Represent the company in project meetings.
• Act as liaison with managers across departments.
• Maintain logs to track project progress.
