Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Data Center Operations / Windows Server Support Analyst responsible for supporting Windows Server and network operations in a dedicated data center. This role contributes significantly to various business units, managing daily operations, including queue support and incident management while developing skills in both Unix and Windows platforms.

The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and have relevant experience in Windows Server administration and network infrastructure support. The position may involve working various shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years Windows Server administration.
• Minimum 1 year Windows Server support.
• Minimum 1 year network infrastructure support.
• Minimum 2 years tape management / backup and recovery operations.
• Knowledge of network infrastructure concepts and monitoring tools.
• Ability to work off-shift (2nd, 3rd, or weekend shifts).

Responsibilities

• Maintain network performance through monitoring and analysis.
• Troubleshoot network issues and performance tuning.
• Escalate network support incidents or requests to vendors.
• Tape management / backup and recovery operations.
• Assist with problem/incident management.
