Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years experience or associates degree with 4+ years experience or high school diploma/GED with 6+ years experience.
• U.S. Citizenship required and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• Must have experience working in a Data Center environment and understanding network protocols.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain data center hardware including servers, racks, and PDUs.
• Manage cable infrastructure and fiber optics to industry standards.
• Troubleshoot equipment to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
• Collaborate with network/system engineers for hardware integration in the data center.
• Provide advanced technical guidance on installation and configuration of rack components and related IT systems.
